Green's Catfight Continues
I'm having some fun watching the back and forth in the Eureka Reporter between David Giarrizzo and Michael Smith. Giarrizzo sent this piece in that was published today in response to this piece by Smith that was published a few days ago.
Let's hope the back and forth continues. If it does maybe I'll be able to figure out the specific differences between the two factions of the local Greens. So far, all I can figure out is there's what I'd call the Cobb Faction and the Allen Faction- the Allen Faction apparently being the smaller of the two.
I'd like to further identify the differences. I've been thinking the Allen Faction seems to be more the civil libertarian leaning group while the Cobb Faction seems more authoritarian leaning, but I can't say that for sure as I'm not in that loop.
Maybe some of the lefties that frequent this blog could throw their two cents in on the subject?

actually Allen has the majority since the vote to put his recall on the agenda was 14 in favor and 17 against with 3 abstentions

The leftists have no agenda, so they attack each other.
It's almost sad to watch since there are so few of them.
But considering that they want to prevent corporations from creating jobs and allow terrorists to destroy America, my sorrow at their pathetic circular firing squad is dampened.

This is what happens when you have too many damn meetings.The greens must have about 8 meetings a week or something.It would be impossible to attend all of their meetings,let alone figure out what's going on within the party,and local media seems to be their only link of communication between each other.It's amazing,these folks agree on most issues,yet they want to screw each other over the few ones they don't.Fred,you and the local libs are smart,you don't meet unnecessarily,therefore the issues you disagree on aren't exploited and printed in media by one another.
We don't need leftists to destroy America. The Bush Administration is already doing that.
