Would somebody please buy this book and let me read it when you're done?

Fred,If you had any of the qualities that the book says conservatives have, you'd buy the book and then donate it to the library.

Interesting idea, 6:34. I wonder if the library would accept it?

As an aside, some years ago a local libertarians tried to donate one or two copies of the late Harry Browne's book Why Government Doesn't Work to the HSU library. They wouldn't accept it. They said it was "too controversial".

If memory serves me correct, the guy who tried to donate the books actually worked at the HSU library at the time. He moved to Idaho since then.

Yowsers! What a definitive scholarly study - for example - "Those who are 'very liberal' are 3 times more likely than conservatives to throw things when they get angry."

This is a book not to be missed! It's such a relief to have everything about politics reduced to a personal level. We all know that invading other countries, running up a massive national debt, and destroying civil rights are all trivial issues to "true conservatives" - while it's stuff like *throwing things* that defines the problem of evil in the modern world!

How did this particular book fly across your radar screen, Fred?

I thought that most libs/progs were against animal abuse as well. Seems like they keep beating the same dead horse. But i guess that goes to their inability to come up with new ideas. And respond to challenge with personal attacks.

Somebody made mention of it and linked to it on one of the libertarian Yahoo Groups I subscribe to.
