TIME FOR PICTURES!
Stumbled into some old Saudi pictures the other day. I've always told people that, while the M1 Abrams tanks look big in pictures, they really aren't all that big.Then I looked at this picture of me in copula of an Abrams tank in Saudi Arabia and it does look pretty big! Still, when I was standing next to it I was surprised at how small it seemed compared to the ones I'd seen in pictures.

Great picture! It does look very big. My sister was in Bahrain in the Gulf war.
Cool Fred! But, You look kinda impotent with your cannon all lashed down like that, and your front left fender looks like you sideswiped a fire hydrant.
Other than all that, Thank-you for your service, I'm very proud of you.
That's a big tank and cannon, Fred. If this was coming in my direction I'd head the other way. Intimidating? You bet. Glad it-- and you-- were on our side.
