Jerking Cops Around
I'm not sure if I've mentioned here before I'm not happy with some of the people that go around trying to provoke incidents with the police. I've seen more than a few videos of those looking to try to get an over reaction from police over something. Gun owners are often involved, walking down the street carrying a gun (not that there's anything wrong with that) and when a cop stops to ask about it, they get in his face. I don't like that.
But the incident in the video here is ok, despite the guy kinda trying to jerk the cop around. He's a magician who offers to sell a cop some pot, but the pot disappears. Pretty funny. I just wish the cop would have cooperated a little more so they could have played it out longer. Video lasts just over one minute.

That kid is a dick.
I'm pretty sure this was a fake, that the "cop" was in on it. That was an awfully quick, perfunctory pat-down for someone who just held up a (supposed) bag of pot in front of a cop.
Another possibility is that the cop, upon seeing the cameraman, figured out that he was being baited/spoofed, guessed (probably correctly) that the "pot" was not really pot, and just wanted to bring the encounter to an end ASAP.
Gotta admit, though, being skilled at sleight-of-hand magic tricks could be very useful to someone slingin' dimebags on the street (assuming people even still do that). Now you see it, now you don't!
Could be useful for all sorts of encounters.
Yeah, I was wondering about the cop myself. He seemed to be pretty quick in dropping the whole thing. You may be right. He saw the camera and realized he was being set up.
