Me
I wrote previously here I'm desperately, deathly ill. Still am, so blogging is going to be light. It's difficult for me to just sit here.I'll hopefully be out of this slump soon, but it's going to take proactive medical efforts to defeat it.
Bear with me. I'm not dead yet.

hang in there fred
you'll be on here for years and be stronger than ever
Holding the good thought for you, Fred. I look every day to see what you've posted and how provocative it is. You rarely disappoint, so don't start doing it now! Take your break from the blog and come back with this health business behind you. Best to you.
All good wishes, Fred.
Dammit Fred, snap out of it. You're the only breath of fresh air in Humboldt county I've become addicted to.
Prayers, white vibes, well wishes, & a swift kick in the butt, all lovingly sent your way. Get well my friend.
Not sure if you use natural herbs and spices, BUT get well Fred πππππππππ
Hang in there Fred! I look forward to your everyday wisdom and humor....well, everyday.

Hey Fred, it's Barbara in Redding. Take care, get better soon! Miss you!
Nothing wrong with a hot toddy either -

Hi Fred,
I've missed your occasional posts to the various email lists, but glad to see you're blogging. The news about your health doesn't sound good though! Please take care of yourself so you can continue to be engaged in the historic struggle for freedom...
β’ Drink lots of water β I've heard that 80% of the ailments that afflict people as they get older are connected with dehydration
β’ Exercise! You may say you are too unwell to exercise, but that's not true. Every bit that you can do counts. Even if you are sitting, you can burn calories and tone your muscles by fidgeting and flexing them.
β’Β Eliminate as much meat and dairy from your diet as possible. (See the documentary film "Forks Over Knives" if you get a chance - lots of incredible health info.)
β’ Keep a positive attitude. Nothing like saying "I can't" to sabotage yourself. Hang around people who make you feel good, watch and listen to stuff that makes you laugh, etc. Get a massage, or massage yourself. Try meditation.
β’ Smoke more pot, drink less beer. Enough said!
All right, that's my 2Β’... wishing you a speedy recovery.
Love & Liberty,
((( starchild )))
Get well Fred, your POV is unusual and appreciated.
Even when we disagree I always respect your points and appreciate your honesty.
