...but killing him is ridiculous?

I'll keep the Oxbow Incident in mind, but I have to wonder about this guy that's already been convicted of killing his ex- girlfriend's dog. Now he's suspected of killing at least two other dogs.

Consider this statement he supposedly made. If quoted correctly, and not taken out of context, I'd say it's a signal of a screw loose in the guy just by itself:

I have a dog of my own that I love like a kid, but killing the animal is ridiculous.”

But killing the animal is ridiculous? Makes it sound like regularly beating the dog would be considered normal but killing it might be going a bit far.

I'd be interested in knowing if the guy ever did have a dog and, if he did, whatever happened to it?

It is a strange statement, Fred. This whole thing is terrible, the descriptions of the dogs developing an "irrational" fear of the guy is - just so very sad.

Get ready for another surfin' wrist slap. Animals? Babies? Bah, what's the big deal, right?

The guy's sick Fred. He's totally frustrated and needs help - NOT thrown in jail. Put him in jail and when he comes out he'll be killing people.

The OxBow incident reference is a crack up. Remember Gags plagiarizing the law professor? It was about OxBow incident. Remember Vigilantism. Now this is Funny. Funny.

I'm skeptical that someone like that can be helped, assuming he did what he's accused of.

I don't think so, especially considering the lynch mob mentality that shows up here and elsewhere on the news web site forums. If anything, Gallegos got that right, despite his Jaberwockian attempt at a My Word column.

problem is Fred jaberwocky Gags convicts all before trial. Look at the Fernbridge Market guy arrested for a misdemeanor by the DA ut still not charged because they are still looking at things. But look at his vicious comments to the press. Me thinks that Gags protest too much.

This animal killer is a dangerous man.
