U.N. Official Calls For Marijuana Vote Nullification
Not sure if nullification is the right word but, according to the story...
"The head of the U.N. drug watchdog agency is urging U.S. federal officials to challenge ballot measures in Colorado and Washington that decriminalized possession of small amounts of marijuana for adults 21 and over."
Goes to show what happens when you get involved with the United Nations.

Why don't we end the charade and get some cojones and challenge both the Federal and U.N. anti-marijuana laws as entrapment illegal laws?
I suggest everyone read the California Health and Safety Codes regarding the criminalization of marijunana and note what species of marijuana is specifically outlawed. And it isn't the commercial marijuana being grown here by most growers. California anti-pot laws, U.S. anti-pot laws, and the U.N. anti-pot laws outlaw only cannabis sativa, not cananbis indica.
In 1978 Humboldt County legalized cannibis indica for two weeks after the State lost their case against a cannibis indica grower who proved with expert testimony beyond a shadow of doubt there are multiple species of marijuana but only one species is outlawed. That means when the law is used against growers and users of cannibis indica it automatically creates cases of entrapment because the law clearly says nothing about the other species.
This case was buried by the courts refusing to acknowledge it as well as law enforcement but it still is there, waiting for someone to rediscover it and stop these petty power trippers from enforcing the bigotry of a generation that is rapidly dying away.

Because getting in a room with a handful of world politicians (as compared to traveling or webbing or pen pal-ing among billions of people, optionally) is sure to get results that are sincere, uh huh, righhhhhhhhht. The UN is representative of the few power trippes who "control" the money printing press machines globally. Anyone whom denies this needs to do some "real research"! Think about "pyramid schemes versus monolithic control" --> out the window goes "cultural diversity" which is the new "battle front" for the 21st Century, mark thy words. - HOJ

Stephen, great information. If you have the case # or name for reference, that would help others to start acknowledging "that case in 1978". Interested to understand. - HOJ
Defendant: Steven Ball. Judge: Thomas. 1978. Thomas was more or less vibed out of running again as the DA sent pot cases to other judges and not Thomas.
