I'm a Libertarian living in Humboldt County, CA. I've lived here in Eureka since 1973 and joined the Libertarian Party in 1992. Can't go too long without making a post, so this is it for today. A somewhat depressing video, imo, but one of my favorite songs sung by a hottie.

Who is the singer and band? When did this song come out? I have never heard it before.

It may have come out before your time if you're younger. I remember hearing it on the radio back in the late eighties, early nineties. Thought it was neat but didn't pay all that much attention to it.
Then a few months ago I heard it a few times over a couple days on KHSU and started wondering who it was. Hard to stick around and listen to the DJ give the band names so I ended up having to listen real close to the song to get the words.
I figured out "Joey, I'm not angry anymore", being the refrain must be part of the title. Did a search for that and finally found a link to "Joey" which was the title of the song.
