Read todays TS and ER on that subject.
how do you keep housing affordabel when everyone who buys a house wants to be able to sell it for the most they can get when the price goes up?
have you noticed the number of FSBOs? Seems when the price goes up, no one wnats to pay the commissions... funny, huh?
