Droz Disrupts LeValee
Pete LeVallee did his campaign kick off even yesterday and, wouldn't you know it, Mayoral Candidate Jerry Droz showed up and disrupted the event. That sort of behaviour rubs me the wrong way but I can't help but wonder how many votes he might actually end up getting using a stunt like that? After all, this is Eureka.
If you haven't seen a photo of Jerry Droz yet, the Eureka Reporter ran a picture of him being talked to by a couple of Eureka cops.

Google up Jerry Droz. He's a reeeal treat.
It's pretty arrogant to start yelling about how you represent the people of Eureka when you've never been elected. I don't forsee him being a big vote getter.

Guess nobody knows all the good things that , Jerry Droz has done . He's smart and i think when he disrupted , Peter lavalle's speach , to get publicity .Like i said , he ain't no dummy . He's been trying to chase the criminals out of , eureka . Don't believe it ? Just go to Eureka Superior Court Department 4 at 8:45 A:M: He's suing a drug - lord owner for renting to drug dealers . Heard he smokes "Pot" , too . It has kept him from drinking . I know him .
Opps , his Court date is this Monday ...Aug. 21st . Humboldt Superior Court , Eureka . Supposed to be all kinds of news repoerters there so , we'll see .
"droz" has got my vote . You need to look into this guy before you start critizing him . He's been the only one brave enough to stand up for us people .
C'mon everybody.........don't you get it ? This guy ( droz ) is a genius for staging the LaValle speech thing . He was even on the News back - east for it & that's exactly what he wanted . Now that he's got everyone's attention let's find out what the man is really about .

I'll be the first to admit to a bad first impression. He does make some good points about Levalee (and I've spoken with Droz).
I do have a problem, though, with someone who files a restraining order against a neighbor for parking vehicles on the side of Droz's house. It's not the front of Droz's house, it's the side of Droz's house- in front of the guy's house he filed the restraining order on.
He also seems to fly off the handle, as far as accusations: He suggested the house next door to mine was some " meth house", or some such. I've seen no evidence of that. Who's next... me?
So...is this who we need for mayor? Someone who is going to have neighbors stabbing each other in the back? I think not. I'm not impressed, Jerry, and I don't care if you do smoke pot.
Droz's interuption of Levalee's press conference should be more than enough to give people pause about him. Never mind people who have actually met him.
This diatribe does prove one thing:

I'm telling everybody . Droz did that stunt with , LaValle to get attention . He's really pretty smart so , don't jump to conclusions . Let's see in the upcoming weeks what he's really about .

We'll, I'll admit he has an excuse, having only lived in Eureka for four years, but you think he'd be able to round up at least a handful of people for his own press conference.
I'm sure local media would have covered it.
watch channel 10 tv not on this but , next tuesday . He'll be on then if he shows up . I gotta tell ya - he's right on about crime . I live in a good area and we had a home invasion last week there .....& that's right , LaValle is trying to turn the Best - Western Motel into another Drug Rehab - house .

Oh , want more info. on the Council and Mayor.....on your computer go to ; "rcaa of humboldt county peter lavalle" and see for yourself . We need to get rid of these destroyers . Droz , Flemming and Wilburn are not attached to the RCAA , so they don't get paid to open up homeless , transitional , drug rehab. houses . Let the facts speak for itself .CHECK IT OUT .
