CA Supremes and Internet Lawsuits

This article from the Orange County Register might make some of you bloggers, worried about lawsuits over what's posted on your blogs or web sites, rest a little easier. I realize there's not a lot of real specifics given, as the issue is still developing, but it's just something I thought I'd pass on.
