The New Black Market

The Riverside Press- Enterprise takes a look at the latest black market in California's prisons: tobacco.

I have to wonder how soon people on the outs will be dealing with their tobacco habits the same way. We're not quite there yet, but the black market in tobacco is growing outside of prisons.

There is cash to be made whenever the govt. enacts a prohibition. Organized crime simply loves prohibition of any kind such as prostitution, drugs and now tobacco. Just wait till guns are banned.
