Walters Slams NCRA...Again
A year or so ago I made mention here of a commentary by the Sacramento Bee's Dan Walters where he slammed the North Coast Railroad Authority (NCRA), labeling it a boondoggle. Long time readers of this blog would know I agree with him.
Looks like Dan's back at it again with another slam on the NCRA.

As long as someone else is picking up the tab, the party will go on. It's kinda like Iraq. The real exit strategy is for the leaders to exit public office. At that time the music stops and citizens will realize there's no chair to sit in.
