No, they should get a little jail time, maybe a $1000 fine and probably a couple years probation plus pay restitution to the victims.
How's about they go door to door in neighborhoods with Yes on 8 signs and ask if the residents would like one place in their yard? That seems like a punishment that fits the crime.

Maybe these two heathens who truly hate free speech and democracy can get a job at KHUM which also hates free speech and democracy.
KHUM's refusal to air an inflammatory, inaccurate ad cannot be compared with sign stealing.
