2012 Presidential Compatability Quiz

Here's one of those tests that tells you which of the current presidential candidates you most identify with politically. I actually scored 84% Gary Johnson and 76% Ron Paul. My third place candidate was some guy I'd never heard of so it looks like they have more than just mainstream candidates in the mix.

Hat tip to the Gary Johnson 2012 Facebook group for the link.

The form needs a deal-killer toggle. For example, I wouldn't want to vote for any candidate who inhabits a demon-haunted world of superstition (anyone who denies or refuses to understand evolution). Heck, the evolution question didn't even ask about teaching science in school or about the inverse -- school prayer.

I scored 71% for Kent Mesplay, 70% for Jimmy McMillan and 64% for R. Lee Wrights (who? who? who?).

But in reality, my real choice is between mediocrity (Obama) and outright evil (any of the Republican frontrunners). So, I'll vote for mediocrity, and count myself lucky that insurance companies can't hold my health problems against me anymore. In my household, Obamacare is a glorious word, a nice legacy for the man. He should quit while he's ahead.

I don't know about the first two, but R. Lee Wrights is a long time libertarian and is currently seeking the Libertarian Party's nomination for President.

70% Gary Johnson in a 3% squeaker over Kent Mesplay. I think my opinions on health care is drawing me away from the Libertarians. Only a 55% with Obama, who I'll vote for in the next election. Seems about right.

Okay, this thing is fun. I was trying to get a 100% Santorum but ended up with a 94%. If anybody can get 90%+ Romney I will buy you a steak dinner.

Somehow it thinks I agree with Rick Santorum on social issues. I'm pretty sure I made up my own answers for social issues... making up things = Rick Santorum in this survey?
