Obama's Indefinite Detention

J.D. Tuccille of Reason magazine looks at President Obama's signing of the National Defense Authorization Act, a provision of which allows indefinite detention of Americans suspected of ties to terrorism.

Lest anybody think I'm being one- sided here, Romney has also said he would have signed the NDAA:

Or rather, Obama continuing Bush's doctrine of indefinite detention.

A little bit different, I think. I believe the NDAA provisions allow Americans on American soil to be indefinitely detained.

I'm not sure but before it might have been just those caught overseas.

But you are correct that Obama has continued Bush policy for the most part, even doing him better in some ways. He's far outdone Bush on drone strikes.

Do you really know what Obama supports ? For the most he "flip flops", LIES, on just about everything that matters ..... at least whne it comes to getting elected or reelected.

Remember he's going to cut the decicit in half during his first term !!!! Just that one makes you kind of sick to your stomach.

His will be the most transparent administration ! Ho ho ho, what a bunch of *&^%

Just look at this last disaster, the killing of four Americans? They lied about that for week until they were choking on the truth.

Hope and Change was just a line ! He didn't mean it when he said it the first time and he doesn't care.
