We Need A Dictator
The recent poll showing most Americans wouldn't mind having a dictator in charge of the country doesn't surprise me. Keep in mind that many a truth is said in jest.
I'm a Libertarian living in Humboldt County, CA. I've lived here in Eureka since 1973 and joined the Libertarian Party in 1992. This blog will mostly focus on local political issues, but I may stray into state and national issues as well, when I can't help myself. I'm very skeptical of the polling system that they used to put out these results I mean we can't be that f****** stupid right does not anybody read history anymore A dictator has been used time and time again all with the same results big government no middle class and an impoverished nation With very few or no exceptions S**** going to get bloody:-( but I guess in retrospect we're just about there anyways huh
Travis, that article was from The Onion, a satire magazine.
Still, I think the poll is more than accurate for a majority of Californians, so long as the dictator has the right letter- R or D- attached to his name. This is a state with a dictatorial majority.
Well after a few more years of chemical warfare against the people of the USA I doubt we'll even be able to tie our shoes let a lone vote did you hear about the new harverd study that directly links autism with mercury poisoning but it's okay to add it as a preservative to the vaccinations we give our children instead they blame it on the particulates from diesel exhaust
That's funny I just finally read the article I forgot how entertaing the onion can be its just with all the polls the government has been citing lately to support the NSA spying and whatnot it's hard to believe that any of them are accurate I mean come on there's no way that 60 plus percent of Americans agree that the NSA spying is an acceptable violation of the Fourth Amendment is there such thing as an acceptable violation of our Constitution Or Bill of Rights I guess I've thrown enough keywords out there to keep them busy for a minute ;-)

Often, polls are like this below:
Number of people polled = 1000
Number of people polled who believe we need a dictator = 600
All-of-a-sudden, the poll implies 60% of Americans want a dictator
as opposed too
60% of those polled want a dictator
or
600 people out of 1000 people polled want a dictator.
Polls are like "white man trash"

"Henchman Of Justice" says,
Just got a visit from Humboldt County Sheriff's Deputy who was called-out to harass HOJ. Apparantly, HOJ's neighbor has issue with HOJ using surveillance video to evidence land use violations, contract breaches, vandalism incidents, Streamside Mangement Area Development, etc... to claim HOJ is a pervert, yada, yada, yada just to get the PIG to intervene without evidence. So, the PIG was told that nothing inside the neighbor's home is being recorded nor is HOJ interested in recording inside someone's home. The fabrications and manufacturings by women these days is astounding.
Then, the Pig had the audacity to claim we both (neighbors) need to get along. Now, the PIG is new to the situation and does not even know the cause and effect facts, but is willing to side with the female gender.
Police State meant to violate constitutional rights of men over everyone else it seems.
Damn Straight.
HOJ
Yeah but let me guess the pig has absolutely no problem with Big Brother watching everything he's doing inside and outside of his house probably has no problem when his wife and kids get grooped trying to take a trip around the country either the pig would probably find it amusing to find out that his daughters naked body scan pictures were saved by some fat pedophile to beet off to at his leisure
