this does not surprise me especially sense San Rafael just passed a law banning smoking in houses with common walls even if you're the owner
First they banned smoking and I said nothing because I was not a smoker then they banned trans fat and I said nothing because I was a health nut but then they Banned vitamins and there's nobody left to say anything we must all hang together or we will all hang separately

Yep, and older folks might remember back when the first smoking bans were proposed, those of us protesting that the bans might eventually spread to our own homes were considered paranoid.
