Singleton Still At It
Looks like local bottom- feeder and attorney- at- law, Jason Singleton, is still up to his hijinks. He's behind the recent closing of long time favorite eatery of many people, Arctic Circle, according to the Times- Standard.
Way to go, Singleton! No need to worry about the disabled having problems with access to Arctic Circle anymore. That's one way to deal with the problem.
That guy really needs to be run out of town on a rail.

Those despicable laws need to be changed so parasites like him cannot profit from a phone being a quarter of an inch too high or too low.

Hank, I hope you checked with the owner of the Fortuna Theatre as part of your story. To my knowledge he is the only person/entity to fight and beat Singleton. If not, ontact the Fortuna Chamber of Commerce for the owners name and telephone number, his headquarters is in Petaluma.
I have been checking on Singleton's handicapable little bastards, and it seems that some of them enjoy doing this all over the state of California and Nevada. What a fellow from Auburn is doing shopping for Mobile homes in Eureka is really hard to understand, same thing with traveling to Carson City once or twice. What a 70 year old professor from UCSB is also doing on the gimp-list is funny as well. I like one of his stars has moved around the USA quite a bit for a gimp too.
Singleton isn't just slime, as he said in one of his threat letters to somebody, you too, Jason Singleton, now have my undivided attention.
Since we won't be able to order any more of those great Artic Circle Milk Shakes anymore, I suggest we use whatever's left in the Milk Shake machine to whip up a nice cold enema for Mister Simpleton, the "Enema of the People."
Does he still have the same girl in a wheelchair working for him? Comes in pretending to be a customer? Then pretends to be a victim?

According to this site, adacrisis.com - Singleton - With 97 ADA Lawsuits filed, his total demands were over $13 Million. There are now 241 filed actions. Unclear when this was last updated. And that's just by Singleton.
ADA access is a legitimate problem and sometimes needs to be addressed, but Singleton's approach is indeed a form of shakedown and should be made illegal.

AnonR would have to reveal his identity in the process of getting a restraining order which would give his enemies exactly what they want. Besides, 2:19 said "consider" and that's not quite a threat even though it comes close.
Perhaps anon r mous accidently steps in front of a transit bus and ends up in a wheelchair for life. His body would be worse off but perhaps his attitude might improve.
Because only an A-hole who takes his good health and good fortune for granted would say such rotten things.
Looks like a cash cow for Singleton and his group of "victims". That ADAcrisis list has the same people showing up over and over in the lawsuits. Nice way to make a living, huh?

It ain't Singleton's fault. He's just a typical ambulance-chasing lawyer who has the law on his side. ADA is the fault of that special segment of our society that champions equal rights for everyone (regardless of the consequences). Now some of the ADA supporters are whining about it because a lawyer is targeting their favorite establisments. I love it!

Jason Singleton better watch what he says and does. People don't like being threatened, especially by such a tiny little punk who waves his pistol and mouth around too much. I'm not a fan of his at all.
