I'm a Libertarian living in Humboldt County, CA. I've lived here in Eureka since 1973 and joined the Libertarian Party in 1992. Maybe it's too early to be be jumping and shouting but the Santa Rosa Press- Democrat reports, "...Rain over the last couple weeks has filled area reservoirs to the point where the water supply levels at Lake Sonoma and Lake Mendocino have topped out at slightly over 100 percent.".
