Suddenlink Not Fixed
Went to turn on the TV last night and Suddenlink's remote wouldn't work again. Oh, well. Back to the drawing board.

Back when I was a channel bundler (cable TV subscriber), I just walked into the Suddenlink office, handed over my remote, and asked for a replacement. The front desk person had a drawer full of replacement remotes. They didn't even ask my name.
I already did that. The replacement remote didn't work, either. Pulling the plug on the box and putting back in worked, but apparently I'll have to do that every time. I need a new box.
The Suddenlink girl didn't ask my name, either.
