Democrats: The War Party?

Nice explanation from Consortium News on how the Democratic Party changed its reputation as the more peaceful of our two major parties. Much of it centers around... you guessed it.... Hillary Clinton.

In fairness to the Democrats, who was the last U.S. president that didn't attack other countries? The only that comes to my mind is Jimmy Carter, a Democrat. Those days seem to be long gone with their current standard bearer being an unabashed hawk.

I wonder who Jimmy Carter is backing this time?

Jimmy Carter was probably one of few prez's one could propose did not come across as a liar gender bender or a media propagandist in order to "communicate". Probably no closer is any politician to humanity than JC......a class act human being that got railroaded, undermined by career political con artists serving in various societal positions.

"War is [always] good for business".

"Business IS the business of America".

What part of those two truisms don't you understand?

If we are not actively involved with actually sending in our beloved troops, Ha! we are involved with undermining other country's governments. In some cases, democratically elected governments. Haiti comes to mind, repeatedly. But you'd have to ask that other Sect. of State, Colin, Yas,sir! Powell about that. Who, btw, also used a public email account and deleted all emails before leaving office...... crickets.

Carter said he would pick Trump over Cruz because Trump's opinions are completely 'malleable.'

This was back in February. He also thought Trump wouldn't win the nomination, and Carter said he would support the Democratic Party's nominee, and acknowledged it would probably be Clinton.
