Movie: Rigged 2016
Interesting idea from Patrick Byrne, founder of overstock.com: He's supposedly teaming up with scuzbag film maker, Michael Moore, to make a movie showing how the presidential election system is rigged towards Republicans and Democrats. Rigged 2016, will be shown in New York and Los Angeles before being released to online venues.
I'm assuming his main motivation is Gary Johnson being excluded from the national presidential debates. If so, and if he can generate skepticism and distrust of our electoral system, more power to him. I hope the movie is a success. I just hope I can get the sound back on this computer so I can watch it online.

Omg. Did you just claim to have national influence over issues? I honestly can't tell if you are a narcissist, a crazy person or if the drugs have taken a toll, but you need help. Your writing is atrocious and your reasoning borders on nonsensical.
If they are FEC (is that the term?) qualified, and nominated, they should be in the debates. I would love to see them all debating, nobody dropped out due to brainfarts, but fair & square new chance to get point across every week.
If I were rich, I would host all the nominated FECkers.

I agree with Jason. Neither of us could withstand the financial greed temptations in office. We don't have the fortitude to fight off temptation, like Castle does.
9:12, he was one out of a thousand who dared to speak up in the brainwashed commenter section. It's easy to assume you're the only brave soul when the others have been banned for daring to speak up.

I can often find valuable nuggets amongst his code, to then begin my own search. Sometimes not. But I appreciate his voice, even if I don't often understand him.
I've noticed that while he takes on the issue, in his own way, those who want control of the narrative, attack him. Aren't personal attacks supposed to be taboo?
It all depends on the forced narrative provided by the moderators.
Of course "the game is rigged"! Anyone who's ever played sports knows this is true whenever they lose, right?
Now we have those, not just the names connected with this movie, like Trump who has claimed that if he doesn't win it's because voting is rigged before election day even happens(!?) His followers are being told by him that they should go out "supervise" the polling places. Well, there are already provisions for this in the election process. However,the overseers are supposed to be trained in their task and cannot carry weapons to the polls. Damn!
Remember the big to-do about some black guy with a baton seen at a Philadelphia polling place that was allegedly a "New Black Panthers" member? Turned out to be rather bogus as no one complained about him in any way influencing their vote or interfering with the election process.
Now, if you look at the effects of gerrymandering and all these new voting ID hoops to jump through that have been enacted on the spurious idea that "voter fraud" is a real issue, and not one generated out of FOX news whole-cloth, in mostly southern states along with closing many polling places in rural or poorer neighborhoods while more affluent neighborhoods are left untouched there is legitimate cause for concern. But I doubt it will have any effect on whether Gary Johnson or even Jill Stein will make it to the White House.
Movie sounds like a snooze-fest except for the diehard conspiracy fan. Should really be double billed with a Loch Ness monster expose' for added excitement.
Ya, writing emails to CNN,MSNBC,CBS,FOX,NBC and various national papers spreads the word "rigged".
In fact, if ya go all the way back to Humboldt Herald days, go back and read. Everything HOJ discussed was factual, seering, insightful and true blue......and the evidence to substantiate is what is written compared to what plays out in life.....just sayin Jesus Christ did the same thing to people - made disbelievers into believers once the before and after were accepted rather than ridiculed...
Configure on a chronological order the sequence of events, reports, blogging where "rigged" became popularized politically through the media substantially after HOJ made "rigged" a localized household discussion.
Sarcasmagically factuality is organically naturality....

Doubt people banned from one blog site and not others all of a sudden sank into hiding as a reason to stop using "rigged" with regard to the 2 party system politics and elections.
Chronological Order of events is the only proof necessary and if anyone can prove HOJ incorrect, then go ahead with the attempt because you'll spend a lifetime explaining away the ironic time based continuum of the sequential order of events, in this case, communication in several platforms.

I'm not of the belief that actual voting is rigged as Trump claimed. As someone pointed out elsewhere, to do that you'd have to have thousands of elections offices across the country working together to scew the results. I see that as highly unlikely.
That the way elections are run is rigged, sure, but I suspect most Americans like it that way as they're either Republicans or Democrats that stand to gain by excluding other candidates. It's probably a little different this time with two horrific candidates taking center stage. We're hearing cries for inclusion from some unlikely pwoplw, such as Glenn Beck and Mitt Romney who are well known partisans.
Still can't tell if it's narcissism, insanity, drugs or a combination of all 3. Get help. Trying to gain some humility may be a good starting point.
