I'm a Libertarian living in Humboldt County, CA. I've lived here in Eureka since 1973 and joined the Libertarian Party in 1992. This blog will mostly focus on local political issues, but I may stray into state and national issues as well, when I can't help myself. I was driving by Eureka High School a couple hours ago and there, sitting on J Street next to the EHS campus was the C-Span bus. It had C-Span written on the sides and back and, in large letters on the side, Politics 2008.

They were at McKinleyville High yesterday... so what were they doing exactly?
Yes, inquiring minds want to know. I missed the TV news last night.
Question answered: It's on page A11 of this morning's Eureka Reporter. I guess they just let the kids take a look at the inside of the bus- a tour, if you will.
They showed a picture of the bus. I remembered one thing wrong: It said Campaign 2008, not Politics 2008.
