Who'da thunk if we just had more mandatory drug testing the Boston Marathon bombing might not have happened. So says Robert Dupont who, coincidentally, is a major partner in a company involved in drug testing.

FACT - IMMIGRATION needs to cease 100% for about 5 years until here at home is cleaned-up and fixed and the American longtime poor and disadvantaged are allowed REAL OPPORTUINITIES and not b-s written on paper or in some national anthem.

Did you know that hidden in the immigration reform act is legislation mandating a national ID card. as far as Boston is concern maybe Robert should be asking which organization within our government was handling the brothers and why craft international was there at the event wearing black backpacks this thing has a lot of signs of being a false flag and then Boston set the precedent for declaring Martial Law after any kind of murder or bombing event happens in fact shelter in place was used here in conjunction with the SWAT team in humboldt County just recently as the SWAT team went from residents to Residence knocking down gates and kicking in doors looking for a suspect in a double homicide
Oh but to answer your question no more drug testing would not make a difference especially since legal prescription drugs cause more death then all street drugs combined
