The Obama Administration is pushing to have courts allow searches of cellphone content without a warrant.
The City of Detroit is beginning stop and frisk despite the recent court ruling declaring New York's stop and frisk operations unconstitutional.

I've had several local friends pulled over in normal traffic stops who have had their cell phone information illegally dumped on to a flash drive against their will the CHP told them that they are within a 100 miles buffer zone around International Airport and borders that is considered a constitutional free zone I look this up apparently the US government support such a theory
