I'm a Libertarian living in Humboldt County, CA. I've lived here in Eureka since 1973 and joined the Libertarian Party in 1992. This blog will mostly focus on local political issues, but I may stray into state and national issues as well, when I can't help myself. I don't usually have a problems with teenagers hanging around and raising a ruckus, at least not around my house. Some folks do though, and from the British Isles comes a possible solution. This is SO COOL. Would love to try one out, assuming they're for real and this isn't some hoax.

That's great! We really need something like that in Arcata on Friday and Saturday nights when the streets are filled with shrieking, ape-screaming party students from HSU, from 10 pm until 2 or 3 am.
A 155mm mortar with the CS round works well. With the proper trajectory adjustment they won't even know where it was fired from :o)
Oh, that'd be sweet. There are a few party houses that would great to practice trajectory adjustment on.
