Has Channel 3 Joined The Conspiracy?
It's so much fun hearing from so many people thinking the news is slanted one way or the other. I don't recall hearing much about our local T.V. news slanting their coverage. Here's one guy that thinks they might well be.

So much is attributed to some grand conspiracy when in reality it can be attributed to incompetance. As anyone who has been in county any length of time knows, Eureka is solely a place to learn which end of the camera or mic is which, then move on to greener pastures. I've seen some HSU students who are more professional then the fools you see on the nightly news.

the publisher jack durham is talking about is odell from old humboldt beacon, a real arrogant rightwinger but also a good preview for what we can expect from arkley and his new empire.
of course durham is part of the vast rightwing conspiracy just because he backed dikeman, at least thats what all five people who read the humboldt hackvocate believe. shawn warford hates jack because he works with his exboss at the eye, just like shawn hates pretty much every other paper in the area.

One has to wonder just how deeply involved in Arcata politics this jughead is. I reckon he's one of those that is expert at criticizing people and pointing out problems but he is completely inept when it comes to solving problems.

they're still friends from what I have heard from others who know them. proof points that he is indeed the same individual who was tormenting bravo in 2004 and was sent to do so by harmony groves. there's really no telling just how much damage he did to bravo's campaign, and here groves told bravo that she wanted a "positive" campaign. I sincerely hope bravo comes back in 2008 and electorlly beats the snot out of that two faced democrat harmony groves!

When did the abbreviation for "microphone" change from "mike" to "mic" (which would be pronounced "mick," as in "Bic" pen)? If "mic" is correct, shouldn't the abbreviation for "bicycle" be "bic"
