Political "Viruses"
I know we discussed slate mailers earlier this year, before the primary. Here's a Sacramento Bee article warning us of slate mailers and other political hijinks that show up every election season.
Hmmm...I don't think I've received any slate mailers yet for this election.

Must be your Libertaian status Fred-we get slate mailers from the Democrats in triplicate, want a few?
We get them posing as Republican. But the candidates pay to be on those slates.
Can you point me in the direction of the previous post on slate mailers? I have no idea what they are.
Larry Glass reported payments of $230, $150, and $290 for slate mailers on his 460 form filed 9/29
Nan Abrams reported the same payments.
Incidentally, they have the same treasurer (David Ogden)
Richard Salzman likes the slate mailers, sees them as cheap advertising.

It would be in the archived months. The list is in the right side bar. I'm not sure what month it was, but I believe it was within three months of the last primary in March, if memory serves me correct.
Then again, my memory often doesn't serve me correct so maybe it was before that special election on November '05?
