That Syria Thing

Over at Lewrockwell.com, Eric Margolis offers a sobering view of our activities in Syria with American supported groups firing on other American supported groups. I've often felt you need a program to tell who the players are over there. Margolis seems to have one.

Also at lewrockwell, Pat Buchanan thinks Donald Trump did well on his Mexico trip:

"If Donald Trump can continue to show America what he did in Mexico City, that he can be presidential, he may just become president."

Fred does his civic duty today by warning us away from the Lewrockwell site.

Thank you, Fred, for letting us know that the site is so toxic that it gives Pat Buchanan a voice.

(When is Lucifer going to call his servant home?)

I'll never understand The Left's distaste for Pat Buchanan. If nothing else, he's a great spokesman in opposing U.S. military adventurism.

Then again, I've found military intervention doesn't seem to be a lefty concern when Democrats are in the White House.

Which lasted all of a couple hours, before he was back in front of another audience of rabid, frothing haters, at which point he launched into his usual hate-infused, loud, angry, over-the-top anti-immigrant screed. Yeah, real presidential.

Really, Fred, "military intervention doesn't seem ...a lefty concern." We have 900 military bases around the world. Fully half of Americans taxes go to the war machine. The F'n Republicans recently took us into two unwinnable wars so the elitists, i.e. Dick Cheney and Halliburton could make billions. America WASN'T CREATED TO POLICE THE WORLD! The Fourth Reich is coming and the smart people seem to be in the Democrat's corner. You need to take a Jesus pill and see the reality!

Obama has continued the Bush tradition, yet he's quite popular with The Left. Clinton has a long history of militarism, yet she's the pick of many, if not most lefties. I'd suggest that alone says The Left isn't concerned about military intervention so long as it's one of their own doing it.
