Taxifornia?

The Orange County Register takes a look at California's reputation as a state with a bad business tax climate. The Tax Foundation rates us at 45 out of 50, three spots lower than last year.

The best states are, in order, Wyoming, South Dakota, Alaska, Nevada and Florida. After California, the worst states are Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Ohio and, worst of the worst: Rhode Island.
