Liberty magazine's Lori Heine is disappointed in her fellow LGBT's embrace of gun control and reminds us, "When people are rounded up together like cattle, it is not very often by those who care about them, or mean them well. I take it as no less of an affront that a few elites, who think they’re better qualified to see to my safety than I am, are doing their utmost to keep me from defending myself."
Lori is one of the rare LGBT types that isn't an authoritarian. That's refreshing to see for a change.

Right. Because LGBTs, when they are being "rounded up", can just whip out their Sig Sauer MCXs and the round-upers will immediately stop their rounding up efforts and start partying with them instead. Especially true of so called Christian Evangelicals who repeatedly call for LGBT deaths, by any means.
Hmmm. Obviously, a need exists for group affiliation firepower inventory, like dick measurements, because so much depends on who has the biggest guns with the most firepower, don't you think?

I often wondered about people who are opposed to gun control in all forms. That quote jibes with my suspicions that such extreme people are conspiracy-minded folks fearing America will become a totalitarian police state.
Uh, no. America is a fascist oligarchy. No fear about the future. It is one today. Learn the difference. There is vastly diminished profit in a true police state, so put those little fears to rest.
Excellent article! It makes complete sense, as many have voiced the same thoughts in passing, but never in journalism. I completely agree with her.
7:57, you are confusing extremists with regular believers. Regular Christians are the ones picketing against the extremists, not with them.
