A Look At Heidi Messner
The Times- Standard takes a look at Ward 2 Eureka City Councilgal by default, Heidi Messner- her getting the seat after the other candidates dropped out of the race. Oh well, reading what the paper says about her, it seems she's well aligned with the Forces of Niceness.
As I wrote earlier, she's easy on the eyes, too- hey, at least it's not some ugly old guy like me. Only time will tell, but she should be a fine addition to the council.

Come on Fred...even you are not this gullible. Do you really think the actions of Albin and Owens was not intentional in order to put their chosen candidate into this seat with none of us in Ward 2 allowed to even vote? This three carried out this coup, and I don't care if she is easy on the eyes or not, she will become a puppet of the middle/right wing of the council. Who knows, maybe you will be so moved by her "niceness"..you might even covert and join her Evangelical Religious Right movement?
I don't think it was any sort of conspiracy, but you do make a point of her being a christian, and we do have an infestation of them up here. Still, she seems nice enough and that she's not linked to the "progressive" camp is a good thing.
Those "progressive" Christians that follow my teachings?

Guys just aren't very easy on the eyes, myself included. Especially us ugly old guys.
After listening to Pastor Baldwin, it would be nice to have a right wing Christian puppet in the house. They were the rebels with a cause back in the bible days. The original freedom fighters. I see why they're so picked on in today's collective misery society.
Good show. BTW, this is the guy that Ron Paul endorced in 2008, much to the LP's chagrin. Castle was his running mate.
