False Weather Alerts?
I realize forecasting weather isn't an exact science, but I wonder if I should have signed up for a weather alert list. Not sure if this is from the weather service, or the weather channel, but I received thie one below later in the day yesterday. When they say "red flag warning issued", it makes you think things are going to get interesting, but nothing has happened that I'm aware of- no strong winds anyway:
"Red Flag Warning issued August 25 at 12:04AM PDT until August 25 at 11:00AM PDT by NWS Eureka

It was blowing like stink over our ridgetop this morning.
every morn just after i turn on puter i look at weather forecast to see what lies they planning on me today . they lie cause they have not had accurate forecast for clearlake since i got a puter back in 2008 .
and every place i look has those weather alerts but you dont need to delete the email after viewing
i look at national weather service , accuweather and weather underground and they all have different forecast but same alert if there is one
I usually just check weather.com or intellicastt, especially intellicast.com so I can check doppler radar to see if it's going to rain.
intellicast is a product of weather underground
"intellicast is a product of weather underground"
Good for them. I use it all the time since it has the best doppler radar images I've found.
