In Support of Prop 64

One of those things that showed up on Facebook. The East Bay Times has a commentary in support
of Prop 64, The Adult Use Of Marijuana Act. They make it sound good, with some exceptions:

"Opponents suggest Prop. 64 would open the airwaves to pot ads, because the initiative would only impose restrictions similar to those for alcohol. But it's doubtful an outright broadcast ad ban, like that for tobacco, would withstand court challenge."

Seems at least some want to regulate this to death and no surprise they're equating pot to tobacco now, but I'm about ready to vote for it, come what may, even if I end up sorry after it's all over.

They already have junk science out about mmj second hand smoke (shs) being even worse than tobacco SHS.
They are drooling.
They said the same thing about vapor ecigs.
The states tobacco settlement trust agreement bonds have drooped to next to nothing since ecigs became more & more popular. When people give up smoking, the states have to give up their money jar.
The Truth about vaping, why they hate us, video explains that big bond mess.
More news: The states are at their wits end to raise more taxes to pay back the bonds. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/e-cigarettes-could-stub-tobacco-110000689.html
